Printer won't work. It is dead, defunct and unusable. This is my 3rd email at least.

I purchased an 8015e that has had nothing but problems from printing to faxing. And the HP Smart app controls the printer. I used to be a an HP sales rep. I demo'd their older models like the 6968 and 6978 to the 8710 through 8740. my goal was to get a customer to purchase the best printer for their needs and then convince them to enroll in the Instant Ink program. My printer is still under manufacturer's warrenty and we were instructed to tell customers HP would replace or refund their money. They are totally snowing me now. They won't refund my money. I'd rather purchase an older model like the 8710 which never sold for more than $140. it's now selling for almost $1000 on Amazon. I want my money back and tey keep transfering me to different support departments in FB messenger. How cheap can a company be who came out with a new series of models that all end with the letter e and you have to use their smart app for fuctionallity which is a total joke. The HP Smart app actually messed with my wifi network saying the the app was now controlling this envirenment. They closed my case number 5116001931, but I'm getting them to ropen it. I just don't know how a company can treat a former employee who purchased this model 8015e for a little over $170 dollars and is now seling for $118 bucks. I'm tired of big tech companies not honoring their warrenties and treating people for crappy products because they screwed up by making a new line of printers that are inferior to the older models I used to sell and are marked up 100%. I hate the smart app and it doesn't work well at all. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! Under my warenty.
I'd rather have a printer with an ethernet and phone jack port for faxing. Rather than using an app that has messed with my wifi settings. Please can someone help me simple return this devise that Ive had to reset to manufacturer settings multiple times.
