@AviHarrow, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP ENVY Photo 7800 series printer is showing as offline and displaying the code B8DA8066. Let's walk through the steps to bring your printer back online.
Restart Devices
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your computer and your Wi-Fi router.
- Plug the printer back in and power it on.
Check Network Connection
- Ensure your printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- On the printer, check the Wireless icon:
- Solid blue light = connected.
- Blinking or off = not connected. Reconnect using the printer’s control panel.
Run HP Smart Diagnose & Fix Tool
- Download or open the HP Smart app on your Windows 10 PC.
- Click the wrench icon (bottom left) and select Diagnose & Fix.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to automatically detect and resolve issues.
Check Printer Status in Windows
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer > See what’s printing.
- Click Printer in the top menu and ensure "Use Printer Offline" is unchecked.
