I have subscribed to HP Insta Ink.

Per message on printer:

“ A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print soon unless the issue is resolved.

To learn more, open the HP Smart App or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign into your account.”

I called  HP help 7/27,  help technician 'took over' my computer',  managed to eliminate message.  The message has returned.

HP Smart account indicates I have printed 0 times this month.  Not true.

I've been struggling with keeping this printer connected wirelessly.  My son suggests, based on his experience, buy a different printer, seems to be an HP issue.

Posting here in lieu of phoning HP help every few days...

Thank you!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
