I have Printed a wireless test page.  However, I have no means of attaching that to my reply, since the printer will not connect.

The top of the pages insructs: :

 

ATTENTION:  Your HP printer settings do not matchyour wireless router settings.

SOLUTION:  1 Run wireless setup from the printer software to configureyour HP printer.

This was tried to no avail.

It seems like the printer and the router are not connected according to the report. Since you have already tried the wireless setup, I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance.
