Product: HP OfficeJet 5744 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer was working great and sending info to instant ink but now I can't get it to send data to their site. It all happened when I got help for another problem and they tried to upsell me a new printer. Worked just fine on July 15th. I can't reach anyone for help. 

 

I have tried restarting everything a few times. It shows it is connected to the internet and online just fine.
