Product: HP Envy x360 desktop and HP Envy 5642 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy x360 desktop using Word with Windows 10 versions 1909 and an HP Envy All-In-One Printer. I cannot get anything to print  from my desktop. I can print from my phone and my husband's laptop. I have been through every level of HP Tech support for both the printer and the desktop, as well as Microsoft Tech support for a possible software or OS issue. HP won't talk to me without paying them $100 to their "Smart Team" because my hardware is out of warranty. With all the assistance and reboots and updates et al, the problem still exists.

Apologies for all the inconvenience firstly. . Coming to the issue you are facing please brief me on the same to help you in getting the issue fixed

 

To  provide troblestooing steps, I need some information 

 

1 .how do like to connect the printer to USB OR Wireless?

2 . Is the desktop computer has a wifi option? 

3 . May I know the model  or  product  name of the  HP desktop computer
