HP Envy x360 desktop using Word with Windows 10 versions 1909 and an HP Envy All-In-One Printer. I cannot get anything to print from my desktop. I can print from my phone and my husband's laptop. I have been through every level of HP Tech support for both the printer and the desktop, as well as Microsoft Tech support for a possible software or OS issue. HP won't talk to me without paying them $100 to their "Smart Team" because my hardware is out of warranty. With all the assistance and reboots and updates et al, the problem still exists.
