Hi, recently I started experiencing problems with my printer HP Envy 6132e. It worked fine at the beginning but now I can't print anything from my laptop. I get the following error when I try to print something: "Please wait for printer connection or cancel connection". Does anyone know how to resolve it? The printer looks like it is connected and I can print documents from my mobile but not from the laptop. Thank you

@Ania24, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble printing from your laptop to your HP Envy 6132e, even though it works fine from your mobile device. Let's go through some steps to resolve this issue.
Check Printer Status
- Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your laptop.
- On the printer control panel, go to Wireless Settings and confirm the connection.
Reinstall the Printer Driver
Sometimes the driver may become corrupted or outdated.
- Go to: Official HP® Support
- Download and install the Full Feature Software and Drivers for your operating system.
- After installation, restart your laptop and try printing again.
Set Printer as Default
- On your laptop, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP Envy 6132e and select Set as default printer.
Check Print Spooler Service
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Scroll to Print Spooler, right-click, and select Restart.
Try Printing via HP Smart App
- Download the HP Smart app: HP Smart
- Add your printer and try printing from the app.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
