Suddenly my printer can't connect to the wireless internet.
Nothing has changed. Sometimes I get a bleu display with an error code, this code changes everytime.
My mobile phone can connect normaly but the printer doesn't.
I have called with the support and they told me to put everything back to Fabric. I have done that but it hasn't worked.
Please give me a solution for this problem. I have bought it in October 2019.
It does print with a wired connection so the printer isn't broken but it looks like the wireless adapter is.
Thanks for the help

@zwaantje1970, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print wirelessly. Let us try these steps:
Disconnect the ethernet cable if connected to the printer. Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The solution provided is to connect the printer to the network. Do you see a blue wireless light on the printer?
Is it blinking or steady?
Does the printer see your wireless network? Or, does it detect any other nearby networks?
If this does not help, print a network configuration page to check if the wireless radio is working fine on the printer.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon
.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Reports.
-
Touch Network Configuration Page.
Let me know how it goes.
