Problems connecting my HP Deskjet 2722e back to my wifi

I have had a deskjet 2722 for about 3 years and everything has been working perfectly, but I recently changed my wifi provider and have not been able to re-connect my printer to the new wifi network.

I've tried connecting from both my MacBook and iPhone using the HP Smart app, but both are failing to complete the setup, originally the iPhone would go through the process and look like it's setup, but fails when trying to print the test page, but now it's the same as Mac where it fails a trying to get the IP Address (see screenshots)

I've tried clicking the Retry button a number of times, but it doesn't seem to install properly.  Can someone please help!!!

Make sure you have 2,4ghz wireless band enabled on your router, because that's the only band the printer can connect to.

Thanks, yes, it's a brand new router that I'm connecting to.  All working now though
