Hi, I have a problem with connecting my printer to WiFi. I tried all the solutions that I found in the Internet, but none of them worked. My main problem is when I press and hold Wireless button it should blink after 5 (or more) seconds, but mine isn't blinking, it just stays lit. Wireless test report says that my printer found a few networks, but I can't connect this printer to any of them. Please help me, I tried literally all the solutions I found and still can't solve this problem 😕

I'd like to help!

 

Print the wireless test report and share the results -

 

1. Press the Wireless Button on the product.

2. Press the button next to the down arrow on the display until Wireless Network Test is highlighted, and then press OK. The Wireless Network Test prints.
