I have the exact same issue with my Envy 6455e.  Printer is offline nearly every time I need to print.  Have to unplug and reboot printer.  Firmware is up-to-date as was suggested by HP Support in another thread, so that is not the issue.  Really frustrating and productivity killer.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I have yet to see anything on this.  Is anyone from HP following up on this?  Still an issue.  Very irritating.
