Third time to ask this question. I have cancelled my subscription  and there are no bills outstanding. I want to remove my bank card details and there is no option to do so only a change payment method. I have been on chat with support but they tell me that my card can’t be removed from the system . It’s my card and I want it removed. Will someone please deal with this issue as I know I am not the only one querying this request

Unfortunately there has been no resolution to my query, I have submitted all the information requested to remove my bank card but to no avail . My case was closed. Where do I go from here .
