My router changed, and I have tried for 3 hours to fix this. Resulting in over a dozen open tabs from HP! My printer is still unable to connect to the WiFi. All of my other devices have done so. I've tried using HP Easy Start and HP Smart, neither can find my printer, even though the blue internet light is flashing. Can anyone help?

The WiFi setup is explained on this video and shows that both 2.4 and 5ghz bands are recognized. The WiFi password can be entered from the display so you do not need a smartphone. If the modem is reset then the password is the listed on the case. Avoid the WIFi direct mode.

Factory reset is explained here
Possibly the problem is the modem. I recommend you log into the modem and make the following improvements:
I have an Arris modem, yours may be different. This tutorial is helpful. The username might be "admin" and the password should be printed somewhere on the modem. If not, then use that tutorial. Use a different name for the 2.4 and the 5ghz bands. To keep it simple, use the same password and use only numeric digits such as someone's phone number. When in the router, run the app that finds the channel with the least amount of noise for both bands.

I'm using Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1, it was working the day before I changed my router.
I've reset the the printer, and still unable to find it on my Mac or via HPSmart. I see the printer under my "WiFi" network, so the printer is sending a signal.

If you see the printers WiFI then it is not connected to the router. It puts out an SSID when in WiFi direct mode. You do not even need a router.
Sonoma was recently released but if it was working before the router problem then the drivers are all ok.

I recommend you access the modem and configure it for SSIDs that you recognize as your modems
At my location I have dozens of SSID from nearby and my bluetooth audio amp occasionally connects to a neighbors system as it has no password protocol..
Once you get it connected you might consider getting a cheap battery backup just for the modem.

Call support at your location and ask for help. You may need to call the internet service provider and ask for them to help with the router setup.
Possibly the HP tech support can suggest a video or a document that explains better than the US or English ones I listed.

I'm able to get into the router, the 2.4 and 5 ghz bands were renamed and the password changed already.
I contacted my internet provider, and they were no help.
Disgusted HP doesn't have real customer service and someone to talk to. HP Easy start is a piece of crap.
I'm buying a Brother printer!
