The response time for HP app to depute a person to attend compliant is long, then even for a small amount HP does not trust customer will pay visit charges so advance payment is to be made. Thereafter date is agreed for the visit and the service engineer does not turn up despite confirming and neither does he have courtesy to inform he is not able to make it.
Just because customer has to repair its high end Color Laser printer, he has to out of his all busy schedule leave all activities and wait for engineer to drop in at any point if time. Very strange , pathetic service levels by HP.
