The WiFi password changed and I can no longer connect my printer to the internet. I have tried every trouble shooting method that they give, as well as even trying to just connect with a USB cable and even that won't work. I really don't want to buy another printer as this one is just over a year old and works just fine. I am a teacher and need to print things for my students this is extremely frustrating! It is also frustrating that I cannot speak to anyone when I call for customer support!

I have the same problem with my 3700 series. Blue wi-fi light is flashing saying not connected to my new provider.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!
