i see 2 printer icon under "printer and scanner" on my win11 pc, is there a way i can correct it?

Hey there
I assume you are connected via USB.
Here's what you can try if your printer is connected via USB:
- First, disconnect USB cable.
- go to Control Panel, select Device and Printers, locate your printer and right click and select "Remove Device"
- Then Re-connect the USB cable
After a while, you should the issue corrected.
