Hi from a first-time poster. I will be getting a new HP Envy 6055E printer in a couple of days. I happen to be blind and use special software to use all my devices, and have used the HP Smart app for other printers I have owned. The app has some accessibility issues for me, and if I use it to connect to my network, the manual seems to imply that I have to go through entering the password on my phone, but the WPS push button method would be very much easier and less painful. So, is there any way I can connect to my network using the WPS button on my router while using the app? Alternatively, it sounds like I can use the WPS push button method at any time by simply pressing Wireless & Power button to activate WPS setup. If I go this route, and can get the IP address of my printer, once it is connected, can I then go to a PC and get to the embedded web server to finish setup by activating HP Plus and Instant ink that way? Using the embedded web server is much more friendly to my software, and I already have an HP account so all I'd have to do is sign in. Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Hello and thank you for your reply. After my original post, I discovered that there are things I can do with HP Smart that do work well with VoiceOver, the screen reader on iOS. My printer is schedule do arrive on 15 January, and I will attempt the setup using my iPhone. I will update after I have made the attempt.
