Web services button flashing amber

Hi,

My printer is has the wireless button flashing amber. I have tried hitting the information button but that information was not helpful. I tried clicking on the other message boards that had similar issues but the links would say there was an error when I would click on the link. Can someone help me get the amber light to stop blinking?

Web Services light blinks amber

This error occurs when a Web Services print job is blocked, or when HP Instant Ink is cancelled and a software message has not been acknowledged.

    If both the Web Services light and the HP Instant Ink icon blink and the HP Instant Ink Service has been recently cancelled, press the Information button twice to resume printing.

    If only the Web Services light blinks, an HP ePrint email print job has been blocked.

What to do?

If the issue is related to Web Services ,

Check whether the User Guide can help you to reset / remove / re-add Web Services.

I have read that because I cancelled the HP ink service, this could be why the web services light is flashing. I have ink cartridges in my printer that I paid for in good faith when I was paying for the HP ink service so I am assuming the light isn't flashing because of the cartridges I'm using?? Please can someone help as I am unable to print anything. Thanks

Instant Ink cartridges only work with an active subscription to Instant Ink service.
