Hi,
Please download and install its latest HP Essential Software using HP Easy Admin as explained below, then launch and complete the installation wizard:
https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c06164609
Once you are done, open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
Select your printer and remove it using the Minus sign.
Next, click the Plus sign and select your printer.
Click the Use drop-down menu, then click on select Software and locate your printer model in the list, then press Add and try printing.
If the same persists, locate the IP Address of the printer as following:
Swipe down the top bar on the printer screen to launch the dashboard, then click the Ethernet or Wireless icon and the IP Address will be shown on the screen.
Next, from Printers & Scanners click the Plus sign and then the IP tab.
Select the HP Jet Direct Software protocol and type your printer IP Address as the Address, once again be sure to select your printer model within the Use drop-down menu, click Add and then try printing again
Please let me know the results,
Shlomi

Hi @Erna5 ,
While using HP Easy Admin, click the top drop-down menu ( at the top left right above the results in your screenshot) and change the operating system to macOS 11, then download and install the software, from your screenshot I can see the OS version is incorrect and therefore no drivers are given there…

Hi Shlomi,
I noticed that right after I forwarded to you and changed it to the latest version. It printed 2 invoices fine but when I tried to print a PDF file from a web link it printed the whole file as tiny boxes!! So still no success unfortunatelly. Really getting desperate here as we are running a business and need to print daily.
Kind regards
Erna

Thanks for clarifying @Erna5.
Which browse being used once the behavior occur?
May you see any difference when using another browser for example?
I would also suggest trying below steps, to fully remove the software adn reinstall it, I did include a step by step information with screenshot of the screen:
Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Figure 1:
Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer.
As soon as HP Easy start prompts to install HP Smart, close HP Easy Start by pressing the Red X and press the Skip to Software Download button:
Figure 2:
Figure 3:
Now follow the steps on screen to complete the installation, be sure to switch to an HP Driver during the setup, if any such option is shown:
Figure 4: Switch driver option may appear
Now try printing and check for any difference.
Please let me know how it goes,
Shlomi

The problem described is a result of the 8/2 Firmware push on MACOS connected devices only. This is a well-documented issue on HP Community, I urge you to look it up so you are providing the correct triage/advice. There's currently a workaround provided.. to downgrade to firmware MAHDWOPP1N001.2105D.00. Aside from using a generic driver that limits many of the features of the Pagewide MFPS.
