Hi @Barbara871, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊
If you've changed your Wi-Fi network and need to reconnect your HP printer, follow these steps to get it working again:
- Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.
- Restore Network Settings:
For printers with a touchscreen: Go to Setup > Network Setup or Settings > Restore Network Settings.
For printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button until the power light blinks.
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
Using WPS: Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the wireless light starts blinking. Wait for the connection to establish.
Using HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app on your device, open it, and follow the prompts to add your printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
