HP Recommended
Product: OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

How do I fix?

OfficeJet Pro 7740 works great until I connect to VPN.

When on VPN it shows printer as "Offline"

 

What can I do to fix or bypass this issue? I need access to the printer all-day long.
