Perhaps.
@greenturtle is in a much different time zone than are we.
If he has anything to offer, I think we will hear back.
"When" is not something I can answer.

Hi @Dragon-Fur Thanks for looping me in.
Not familiar with SON as well, however, you can try a simple test to see if SON is the issue -
Try using the Mobile Phone as a Hotspot and connect the printer using the Computer.
Observe to see if the printer disconnects.
Note: using Mobile as a hotspot would use up your data (not a lot though, maybe less than 500MB).
Be sure to disconnect the printer after the test (depends on how fast the SON disconnects the printer, after few hours?)
Also, try checking if there is a Firmware update for the printer.
Hope that helps!

There have been reports of Verizon SON causing WiFi connection issues. I would suggest reviewing the article here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/Having-problems-connecting-an-HP-printer-to-a-...

Figured that might me a problem that’s why I mentioned up front it was enabled. I’ll give it a try over the weekend and disable it. Going to be a pain reconnecting all my devices with all the smart plugs enabled for the holidays but I’ll give it a try. Thanks

Has stayed on line last 2 days. When it was set to DHCP for ipv4 settings it dropped signal and I noticed signal was assigned a high number such as 192.168.1.299. I set it to manual and assigned it ti [personal info removed]. When I check printer settings, printer info it shows IP address as [personal info removed] and a MAC address of [personal info removed]. When I go to advance settings, network summary. Wireless 802.11, network address IPv4 it shows Manual Ip [personal info removed]. Why does the IP address show asfe80..... under printer settings bit in advanced it shows the [personal info removed] I assigned manually. I do have both 2.4 and 5 Ghz enabled. Thanks

The [fe80::fa0d:acff:fe3e:9D68] address is an IPv6 address. Unless you have a reason to use IPv6 I would suggest disabling IPv6 in your printer. You can do this as follows: from the front panel touch the network icon, select Wireless then select Advanced. There should be a setting for IPv6, set this to off.
