I am unable to consistently connect this printer to my PC either via a USB cable or over the WiFi. I have tried all of the troubleshooting options, HP print and scan doctor, online support from HP themselves and Twitter. Nothing works.
The printer powers up and the WiFi indicator on the front cycles through some colours and then after 2 mins or so lands and stays on steady blue. I believe this means its connected to the network? If I then go to my PC or any device connected to my home network I cannot print. The jobs don't go into the print queue or they do go to the queue but nothing happens after that. The HP smart app just says the printer is offline and any troubleshooting within the HP Smart app has been unsuccessful.
Unfortunately its out of warranty so HP themselves have washed their hands of this particular printer but with the CoL crisis the way it is I cannot afford to buy a new one.
Your help would be appreciated

@Mothers-Ruin
Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

We have an HP M102w; recently changed ISP using a complete different network; HP and their ignorance is afraid to publish how to reset this printer-therefore it is now a BRICK. How do we reset the entire Network and erase the 192.168.0.0/24 network? I have powered off and restarted - NOTHING! I have reset using WPS - NOTHING!

I am having the exact same problem. Cannot get the printer to show "ready" all the diagnostics show connected, to the same network as my laptop. however, when I try to print the printer dialog box shows the printer "offline". HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e
