Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

Changed internet service. Now printer won't work. From computer or new tablet and it worked from both before.  Keep getting printer not found, etc.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to WiFI, I am glad to assist you

Restore network settings to default settings

  • Press and hold Wireless button on the back of the printer for at least three seconds. Then the printer enters the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. It keeps searching and waiting for the HP Smart app to connect within about two hours, and then stops searching.

Use HP smart app to connect the printer:- Click here
