Common problems for Connectivity Issues

My HP 8600 tells me that web Apps, WiFi printing, WiFi Webscan, WiFi Fax are all ‘disabled’, and I should ‘contact the person who set up the printer’, which is me. Entering the EWS IP address doesn’t allow me to access the Settings. 

Verizon has a Self-Organizing Network (2.4g / 5g) SON, which worked fine up until 2 weeks ago. Now I have to disable SON TO EV

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore the printer network settings to restore the EWS page credentials:

  • On the printer control panel, touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restoredreset.

Turn on the web services
