Dear HP Team -

 

I would like to refer to a problem previously reported.  Here's the previous subject line:  Solved: Officejet Pro 9010 Series - All Wireless Options Gone - HP Support Community - 7807846

 

This is an outrageous situation. How can the wireless options of the printer entirely disappear for no good reason?? To add injury to insult, the posted solution was sent privately to the person asking for help and not posted publicly.  

 

In the end I solved the problem my performing a Cold Reset. But this problem should not be happening at all. It took about 3 hours of my time and time of my company's IT helpdesk to get to a solution. 

 

HP should be finding a real solution, apologizing and compensating users for their wasted time (ink supply worth a couple of months for example), if you want is to restore our trust in your products and your support organization.
