I was sent the solution by sandytechy20  on a private channel so I have no way of forwarding it to you.

I don't know why it happened this way but, as a result, you will need to ask him for the solution yourself.

I have this same issue. Could i get the instructions for the semi - full reset?

I am not able to send the semi-reset procedure as it was sent to me on a "private" channel which I cannot forward.

I don't know why it was done this way but you should ask sandytechy20 directly for the solution.
