Hi. We recently changed ISP and when I tried to connect the printer to the new router, the EWS asked for username and password which unfortunately, I forgot or lost. I've researched and tried all the methods I've seen on forums but nothing worked. I've read some had resolved their issues by following the steps sent to them thru private message. Can I also have someone look into this and send me a PM on how I can resolve my problem?
I have HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775 model. Also, we had a firmware update, the version we have now is LAP1FN2020BR. I tried several reset methods (power+6cancel, unplug/plug, colorcopy+resume, cancel+wireless but nothing worked. Thanks in advance.

@jatana, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to access the printer's EWS page. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
