Hi!

Recently the wifi has been changed in the building I work in. Everybody has it's own wifi now. How do I get my printer on the same wifi as my Mac book? It stays on the old wifi.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Refer to this resource on how to reset the wireless and then use HP Smart app to get it connected to the new wifi network:

Reset wireless is from time 0:30 onwards
