Bonjour,

Le produit a connu une erreur critique du serveur d'impression intégré HP Jetdirect.

  • 81.09.00 (code de l'événement) : Événement interne de mise en réseau Jetdirect Inside <UVWXYZ>

Action recommandée :

  1. Mettez le produit hors tension, puis sous tension.
  2. Mettez le produit hors tension, remettez l'accessoire EIO en place, puis mettez le produit sous tension.
  3. Si l'erreur persiste, remplacez la carte formatter.

Si le problème persiste, Je vous recommande de Contacter HP HP Pro Support de votre pays/région.

 

N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter en cas de besoin.

The product experienced an embedded HP Jetdirect print server critical error.

  • 81.09.00 (event code): Internal Jetdirect Inside Networking Event <UVWXYZ>

 

Recommended action:

  1. Turn the product off and then on.
  2. Turn the product off, reseat the EIO accessory, and then turn the product on.
  3. If the error persists, replace the formatter.
 

If the issue persists, I recommend that you Contact HP Pro Support in your country/region.
