Hi @ed1970,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset the wireless connection on your HP DeskJet 4155e printer, follow these steps.

Power On the Printer: Make sure your printer is turned on.

Restore Network Defaults:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button (the icon looks like a Wi-Fi signal) for about 5 seconds until the wireless light starts blinking.
  • Then, press and hold the Cancel button (the icon looks like a red X) for about 5 seconds. The wireless light will stop blinking when the network settings have been reset.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • After resetting, go to the printer's control panel and navigate to the Wireless settings.
  • Select Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. You’ll need to select your network and enter the password.

Install HP Smart App (if not already installed):

  • If you haven't done so, download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Open the app and follow the prompts to add your printer. It should detect the printer on the same network.

Test the Connection: Print a test page to ensure that the printer is connected to the internet.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
