Hello,
since few weeks, my printer can not be found by my computers (and tablets and mobiles) but it is well connected to the network.
I tried reboot, disconnect, reconnect, reset wifi connection, reset printer params.
The WIFI connection report is all good, it's connected to the network, seen by my router, it has an IP, but no way to reach the printer. A simple ping get no answer.
And sometimes it worked..., less than 5% of the tries and always just after the reset of the wifi settings...
And while it worked, it stopped working after a simple reboot (shut off/on).
Can you tell me how to make a hard factory reset on this printer ?
Thanks,
Bob

Hello @Preveenbv,
Thanks for your help, I could reset the printer.
Unfortunately it did not solved my problem as the printer's wifi is unstable. I suppose the wifi card is mostly dead...
Here is the solution for anybody who would like to reset his printer without wasting time to create an HP account and wait days for the answer.
Support Menu >Resets Menu>Partial Reset
- From Home screen press Back/Cancel/Back/Back Buttons, in sequence.
- Press OK to enter Support Menu (Selection Button 2).
- Press Selection Button 3 for Reset Menu and press OK (Selection Button 2).
- Press Selection Button 3 for Partial Reset and press OK (Selection Button 2).
- Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
- Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
Best regards,
Bob
