hello,

 

I downloaded & registered the hp-smart app.

My printer, laserjet 1320n gets recognised.

printing a document by the app shows print submitted.

the printer does not print the document.

 

printer functions with windows without any issues.

 

printer resetted, reinstalling the app, resetting the router without success.

 

Anyone some suggestions how to fix?

hi, thank you, however did not help. ip & printer is recognised in HP smart. 

still not able to print
