@skoorb1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

1.Check Printer Status

Ensure the printer is set as the default printer in Control Panel > Devices and Printers.

Verify the printer is in an "Online" state.

Clear any stuck print jobs:

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers

Right-click your printer and select See what's printing

Click Printer > Cancel All Documents

2. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP's official website. It will automatically detect and fix common printing issues.

3. Restart Print Spooler Service

Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.

Find Print Spooler, right-click it, and choose Restart.

Try printing again.

4. Check for Driver Issues

Reinstall the latest HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store or HP's website and set up the printer again.

If using the 2700e driver, uninstall it and try the 2755e driver instead.

5. Test Printing in Different Ways

Try printing from another application (Word, Notepad, PDF).

Test printing via USB cable if available.

Use the HP Smart app to print a test page.

6. Factory Reset the Printer

If nothing works, reset the printer:

Turn off the printer.

Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons together.

Turn the printer back on while holding these buttons.

Release the buttons when the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
