HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I have a Deskjet 3755 printer that is offline since I got a new Wifi carrier. I have tried multiple things, but can't get it to connect to the new wifi.

@PugFool, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer being offline with new WI-Fi!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It sounds like your HP DeskJet 3755 printer needs to be reconnected to your new WiFi network. Try the following steps to get it back online:

Reset Network Settings on the Printer

  1. Turn on your printer.
  2. Press and hold the WiFi button and the Cancel button together for about 5 seconds until the WiFi light blinks.
  3. This will reset the network settings, allowing you to reconnect it.

Reconnect Using HP Smart App

  1. Download and open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Select "Set up a new printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. When prompted, connect to your new WiFi network and enter the password.

Manually Connect Using WPS (If Supported)

  1. Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until it starts blinking.
  2. On your WiFi router, press the WPS button within two minutes.
  3. The printer should automatically connect.

Use USB to Connect

  1. Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.
  2. Open HP Smart or HP Printer Assistant, and navigate to Network Setup.
  3. Select your WiFi network and enter the password.
  4. Disconnect the USB cable once the printer is connected.

After following these steps, restart your printer and try printing again. Let me know if you need further assistance! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
