@PugFool, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer being offline with new WI-Fi!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It sounds like your HP DeskJet 3755 printer needs to be reconnected to your new WiFi network. Try the following steps to get it back online:
Reset Network Settings on the Printer
- Turn on your printer.
- Press and hold the WiFi button and the Cancel button together for about 5 seconds until the WiFi light blinks.
- This will reset the network settings, allowing you to reconnect it.
Reconnect Using HP Smart App
- Download and open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select "Set up a new printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When prompted, connect to your new WiFi network and enter the password.
Manually Connect Using WPS (If Supported)
- Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until it starts blinking.
- On your WiFi router, press the WPS button within two minutes.
- The printer should automatically connect.
Use USB to Connect
- Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.
- Open HP Smart or HP Printer Assistant, and navigate to Network Setup.
- Select your WiFi network and enter the password.
- Disconnect the USB cable once the printer is connected.
After following these steps, restart your printer and try printing again. Let me know if you need further assistance! 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!
