Hi @yigalisaac,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 All-in-One Printer shows as offline over Wi-Fi after not being used for several days, even after restarting your PC and printer, here are the steps to resolve the issue:

Step-by-Step Fix from HP Support

  1. Restart Devices:
    • Turn off your printer and unplug it from power.
    • Restart your computer and Wi-Fi router.
    • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

  2. Check Network Connection:
    • Ensure both your printer and PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    • On the printer, the Wireless light should be solid blue (not blinking).

  3. Use HP Smart App – Diagnose & Fix:
  4. Check Printer Settings in Windows:
    • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
    • Select your printer > Click Open queue > Make sure "Use Printer Offline" is not checked.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
