when trying to update wireless settings my hp officejet pro 9010 is saying that the feature is locked by the person who setup the printer.

Network and factory reset are described on pages 182 and 182 of the user manual

 

It actually might be quicker to ask Microsoft Copilot how to reset the 9010

 

If you have the latest Windows 10 or 11 then you can run Microsoft's Copilot by entering it's name in the Windows search bar. Read this article about Copilot
