Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

My email for eprint in web service setup info does does show, it will say printer was unable to connect to server. My printer is connected directly with ethernet cable to router.

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Are you trying to scan to email or print to the printer's email address?
