Same issue "wireless communication has been disabled" .... Brand new printer bought today! What is with all the pm's?? What's the big secret? Why cannot it not be posted how to do a factory reset??

Spent over an hour online with tech support last night and was told to return it to the store, that the hardware is defective. Judging from the number of people with this issue I am not sure I still want this model!
