Seriously? Nobody has a fix for this? I rarely print and thought it was just me. Having a horrid day today. Have restarted this POS 15 times and can't get two GD PAGES TO PRINT. Has HP done anything to correct this?

Looks like HP has made another try

I got my printer from the basement, and updated and it has been working for 1 hour without the dreaded message.

1 hour running is now some progress.

This HP printer is my business experiment of what a company needs not to do. I am learning something from HP

Hi I have the same error!  At lease twice per day printer freezer and none of the buttons work. - what is the solution?

HP Recommended

The solution is to buy another printer. It is upto you to decide now which brand.

HP Recommended

Your suggestion was "Buy another printer"

Really, Really !!

I bought this printer new without expectations of having to "buy another printer."

What am I missing here??

Hi folks
If anybody is still having this problem, just leave the printer connected to the Internet connection with automatic updates selected , it eventually fixed my issue after about 1 month by itself, and hasn't happened again now for over 6 months, at last.

Good luck

you are a very lucky user, i still have the problem. If HP had any decency, it would have recalled the model and fix it for users. I certainly not buying again not even a HP pencil.
