Same problem...
It ussed to work fine... noticed it wasn't working today.
I've set to static IP
Set DNS to Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Rebooted router and printer multiple times.
I am convinced it is a problem on HP's end.
Hope they get it fixed soon.

I see that you have been able to resolve this issue with many users, but the "fix" is always sent to their forum inbox.
Can this "fix" be made public?
I too am having this issue, where everything was working and now it is not.
The printer states that its software is up to date and I am able to communicate with the printer, but I keep getting the "unable to connect to web services" when attempting to access any of the applications.
Your response to all or sent directly to my forum inbox is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I'm having the same issue that everyone else is having on this forum. I already rebooted my router and the printer and I changed the DNS to point to the google DNS servers. Neither fix worked.
Can you please provide me with the fix to my forum inbox so that I can get this issue resolved?
