i have unplugged my printer(7520) as well as the modem. After powering back on, in the order mentioned above, I entered my wireless network information and was able to connect to the network. The problem remains, however, that I cannot connect to Web Services. I tried several apps on the front page with no avail. I would appreciate any help!

I am having the same issue as this user, can you send me the solution as well?

I am having this same issue. I can't scan to an email. I did everything you suggested below still getting error message.  Server Connection Error Unable to connect to Web services.

If I click on the 7 day menu planner on the home screen it comes up no problem.

Any sugestions?

This is getting very much annoying!

HP, you have these forums for you to help people, to answer our HP products we are all facing, instead you have your mouth shut and beg to us through your various advertisements, we buy HP products.

We do, we get them home and suddenly when we are facing we HP technial problums and as you have suggested, we are posting our problems here.

You may answer very vaguely  and all of a sudden, you stop "corresponding" with us here and we then buyers of HP have your products at home that works half way of what you are promissing.

HP is NOT the only brand available in the market, several other makers of multi printers are offering their products for us to purchase and use.

HP  does not stand after their sales , your overall support is terrible almost non existent and you trully should be ashamed of yourlef!

HP, give us the remedy we are facing with your HP Photosmart all in one printer, yes it prints and it's what only is doing, a big black box costing hundred of dollars just to print! No Web Services and there are galore of other people heartache with your HP All In One!

If you thinkk that I shall stay home and doing nothing, you are completely wrong HP, wake up and smell the roses!

I have tried your solution to the "unable to connect to web services", putting the ip address in browser, etc.  My wireless connection is strong.  Eprint is enabled.  Can you suggest something else?

I am having the same problem. I have been able to do this in the past and now it is not working. I have tried all of the steps listed, but can't get it to find the server.
