could you please help me i have hp photosmart e-all-in-one c410a series printer and want to reset to back to factory setting as it was when it came out of the box

1. On the front of the printer, select the Setup button.

2. Select Tools.

3. Select Restore Factory Defaults.

Hi, 
I was trying to install the Wifi for my printer and the touch screen went on loading and never stops now. I have tried unplugging and even opened the touch screen area and removed the data cable and reconnected thinking it will go back to factory setting but it didn't work. 

I tried the firmware update by HP but didn't solve the problem either.

Is there any solution available for this problem?

Would you mind please sending me those reset instructions also (for the C4780)?  Losing my mind trying to get it to connect to the network - I'm on Mac OS 9.1 btw. I just moved and this is a new router - it worked fine before.  I've tried WPS push button, PIN, triple checked all settings with my Arris router to be correct (no MAC filtering, mixed b/g/n, etc) and it just won't connect to the network.  I keep getting a "WPS error".  I've restored wireless defaults in the printer, reset printer, router, restarted computer, uninstalled HP software, reinstalled it, same problem every time.  My "HP Setup" software also now hangs and quits every time I try to set up the printer for wireless configuration.  I'm hoping a factory reset will do the trick.  Thanks.

I would also like the factory reset instructions.  After trying to enable wireless my printer has been stuck trying to initialize.  I have tried all of the other strategies to resolve the problem and I am hoping the factory defaults will turn off wireless and return functionality.

Looking for reset info.  Printer was working fine until yesterday.  Now a desktop alert says C4780 is "offline", however it is plugged-in, turned on, does copying & scanning but won't print from laptop.

(There is nothing in the queue...eerything has been cancelled out.

Hola...

En mi casa se fue la luz y tenia mi impresoraa HP Photosmart c4780 encendida , y al regresar la luz mi impresora ya no enciende solo muestra la imagen hp y como si estuviera cargando para iniciar y no pasa de ahi... que puedo hacer...

My printer is frozen on the logo startup screen.
