My Photosmart C4780 keeps navigating through the menus on its own.  Occaisonally it will print, but most of the time it does not.  Can you please help me fix this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi mel2502, welcome to the HP Forums. I understand your menu's on the printer are advancing on its own. This sounds like stuck buttons on the front of the printer. The most you can try is a hard reset really. Turn the printer on, and pull the power cord. Hold the power button down to discharge power, and wait 60 seconds before plugging it back in and start it up again.

Let me know if it works.

My printer won't show me an IP address, and my HP wireless set up programs crash every time I try to use them. Can I get the hard reset info to see if maybe then my printer will output its wifi signal to connect to, or develop an IP address?
