Where do i download the HP solution center software?

I tried twice to d/l  & install that file u suggested, but all I got was this msg:

C:\Users\user\Downloads\PS_AIO_07_C410_FSW_Full_Win_enu_140_222(3).exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

I realized after a few years I've been missing HP Solution Center or HP Imaging Device functions for my HP Offficet J4540 All-in-One printer/scanner/copier/fax machine. I've tried to use scanner but the message flashing on printer display is "No Scanner Option".

It dawned on me this weekend when I was troubleshooting it again.

I misplaced the orig CD of the printer when I bought it. How can I download or where to find it online to get a free download. Appreciate any help I can get from anyone out there.

The drivers and software for the Officejet J4540 can be found through the link below.  Once you get there, just select your OS to see what driver packages are available.

Oh not a problem.  It's linked below.  You will need to choose your OS.  Once you have that entered, download and install the Full Feature Software and Driver package to get Solution Center.

Thank you.  I tried to send u a Kudos, but when Ipressed the Kudos button, nothing happened.  Anyway, I wish i could send you a picture I printed out.  Not very good quality & all the ink levels are right up there.  And the jets & ports are cleaned.  The test page printed perfect, but not the 4 X 6 picture.  Black & white prints perfectly as well.  I even re-installed the software with the same results.  Also when I click on "HP Solutions" this is the message I get,:

"HP Wireless Assistant.  Wireless information unavailable.  The application will now close."..Not sure how to fix that either.

Can u help?

Is this an HP computer you are using?

What OS are you working with?

What program did you print the image from?

If you print the image from any other program, does it do the same thing?

 What program did you print the image from?    DESKTOP SHORTCUT (Click on it & it open up from Windows Photo Viewer)

I'm using a HP laptop if that matters & i have Win 7 as an OS

I did something wrong & now I am listed as a tutor which I am not.  How do I change that?  While I'm 'talking' to u, I reinstalled my HP photosmart printer & am still unable to get HP Solution Center.  I have an HP Win 7 Presario laptop & the printer is Photosmart C410a (all in one)
