i tried all that clearing the cache stuff...it didn't help... what i did was sign on through my SMARTPHONE. i was able to enter the code to add my printer with no further problems. i talked to a few other people that had this problem too...this is what they advised and it worked!

Signing up through a smartphone worked for me, too.  This really needs to be fixed, though - what if we didn't have a smartphone?

Same problem here -- I get the above error code when I try to create an eprint account. How did you sign in through your smartphone? Is there an eprint app or something? Thanks.

If clearing your cache and cookies does not work, ensure that cookies are enabled and restart your computer. In most cases this resolves the issue. The other alternative is using another browser like firefox or chrome.

If you are unsure on how to do this let me know which operating system you are on, and which web browser you are using, and I can probably help you out.

As far as signing up on a smartphone just navigate to www.eprintcenter.com like you would on a computer and sign up, it should be the same process.
