HP will replace the printer if its still under warranty but I can't be bothered to pack the old one up and ship it back. I'll wait for the update, this is assuming this bug has caught somebody's attention. For now I'm using our p1102w for Airprint.

I am making sure that this is looked into, I will get back to you with an answer when we are able to re-create the issues you are having in our own environment to find out what is causing the issue.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Have a great day!

Thanks Neon!!

were you able to verify the problem?

It will take a little time to research this issue, but I promise to post an update as soon as I have more information.

In the meantime, lets try an alternate application. Try using the ePrint or the Printer Control application from HP and see if the issue still persists.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Were you at least able to replicate the issue?? A better workaround is to double tap the home button to launch the print manager in iOS and then cancel the job after it prints the document once. I find it difficult to understand how a firmware update was released with such a horrible bug.

Sorry for the delay in my getting back to this, but i was able to verify the same issue and that it occurs after the firmware update.

The issue has been noticed and people are actively looking in to what exactly is causing this issue with the new firmware. Until a direct cause can be determined there is no ETA on a fix however, but if anything new comes up I will check back here and let you know.

thank-you, if you need a beta tester to test the new firmware I volunteer.

Thanks Jon! Please keep us posted.

Let me add my frustrated voice to the many others that suffer from the multiple page iphone print error that has been happening since the firmware upgrade.

Calling HP customer service was a waste of time because my product is 62 days out of warranty. I tried to tell them that my issue is with the recent firmware but that fell on deaf Indian ears.

I hope to hear of a solution to this problem soon.

How can you cancel an eprint job? The printer does not allow you to.
