As I posted, I did all of that already.

This doesn't seem like an equipment problem because, as I posted, I can print the color photo demo page and it prints fine.

This only happens when printing from, in my case, photoshop elements 4 or any other program I've tried.

Hello Alan76,

My apologies I was responding to samiamabq. I just saw your response please click here to run the HP diagnostic tool for this issue. It sounds like something did not connect correctly with the reinstall of Win7 Pro64. This diagnostic tool may help.

Click the KUDOS star on the left to say “thanks” for helping!

As I said, I did all of that and I just redid the diagnostic tool. I have the denim pattern on that page too.

This only happens on the first page. If I print two copies of a color page the second page is fine.

Thanx for the response...

Please check the picture to see what I mean with printing problem.

The Logo on the left comes out when printing page 1 and has those diagonal lines. Second page (right) has the correct logo printout.

That is exactly what I'm seeing too Alan76.

In my case... is very strange as it prints differently from different pc on the network. As I changed operating systems the problem is even worse.

This just started happening recently, but I can't tie it to any particular event. Windows and Firefox have done updates recently, but I don't know if it is tied to that at all.

I thought maybe a virus, but I did several scans and it is still happening.

Very frustrating and a waste of toner...

I don't think that it's a windows update... because it started printing like this when I changed from WindowsXP 32 to Win 7 Pro 64. But the strange thing is that it still prints correctly from my girlfriend laptop (prints through the same server - the server itself prints faulty prints) an from my laptop prints like in the picture.

I don't have another computer to try it with. I am using an HP Pavilion g7 laptop with Windows7 64. So strange.

Anyone from HP has an idea what is going on?
